Connections and compatibility
Connect the 230 V input as shown in the manual. Output 1 (DIMMWAY) dims compatible lamps; output 2 switches a suitable fluorescent, LED or other daytime load on and off. Follow the electrical limits of the supplied version. Never assume that every dimmable LED lamp is compatible.
For mains-voltage connections, follow all wiring and safety instructions in the official manual. The lamp profile must match the exact lamp supplied, not just its rated wattage. Incompatible lamps may flicker or switch abruptly during fading.

Lamp + Neon uses the dimmable lamp for dawn and dusk and the other load during the day. Lamp(ON) + Neon keeps both on during daytime. Lamp only keeps the same lamp at the selected maximum throughout daytime, then dims it at dusk. Maximum brightness can be fixed or seasonal.
Personal Programme 1: set initial dawn and dusk times, their separate daily changes and the number of days. At the end, the controller keeps the last times reached.
Personal Programme 2: set the starting times, end date and target times. The controller calculates the intermediate times day by day. Check its current date and time before confirming.
Seasonal tables, Manual mode and AstroGPS Timer are also available. Available tables depend on the supplied version; choose a schedule appropriate to your birds.
Follow the manual for the supplied hardware and firmware version. Select settings for the species and conditions in your breeding room; a programme does not guarantee biological results.
