Mapped by Season Generator

How we mapped this lamp

We put this lamp on the test bench with a SOL-7000 and measured how much light it really gives at every step of the dimming. Like almost all dimmable LEDs, with an ordinary dimmer it stays off at first, then jumps up suddenly and reaches full brightness far too early.

off flickers already at full dawn: the command rises minute by minute → light in the room →
With an ordinary dimmer With SOL-7000 and profile LXM-11W-977813
  1. On the benchThe lamp in the dark, a SOL-7000 and a sensor: we take it from off to full and measure every step.
  2. The profileThe measurement produced the profile LXM-11W-977813, loaded into the SOL-7000 firmware.
  3. A real dawnThe SOL-7000 corrects the command in real time: no jumps, no flicker, no early switch-off.

How lamp profiles work →

Maximum performance only with the Season Generator controller.

This lamp’s profile is inside the SOL-7000. With an ordinary dimmer the lamp behaves like the orange curve; with the SOL-7000 it gives smooth dawns and dusks, just like nature.
